Research and Technology Help

Patrons can arrange to meet with SWPL's professional library staff for assistance with research, reader's advisory, technology troubleshooting, technology training, and more. Sessions are available on the basis of staff availability and last for one hour unless other arrangements have been made.

Use the Book a Librarian service to:

  • Decide what to read next.
  • Learn how to use eBooks and eAudiobooks.
  • Become more proficient on a phone, tablet, laptop, or other device.
  • Get better at searching the library's catalog.
  • Discover online resources from SWPL and the CT State Library.
