Young Adult Events and Activities

Welcome to the Young Adult department at the South Windsor Public Library! 

We have tons of activities for grades 6-12. They can range from Dungeons and Dragons to cookie decorating to chess club! There's something for everyone.

Teen Advisory Group

Teen Advisory Group

Teen Advisory Group is a team of teenagers grades 6-12 that advise teen librarian Bella on what they want to see in the library. They plan and run programs, fundraise, and come up with ideas on how to keep the library a place that teens want to be. They also have exclusive volunteering opportunities.

Booked for the Week

Booked for the Week

Booked for the Week is a book club run by teens, for teens. Read and discuss a relevant, well-written young adult novel every month. Copies of each month's book are available at the library! No need to register.
